You can be assured that your child will be watched carefully during the entire time he/she is in our care. Your child will never be left alone in a room without adult supervision. Occasionally accidents do happen, and if it does we will take the appropriate steps in caring for your child. If there is an accident involving blood or broken skin, a caregiver or supervisor will begin the appropirate first aid and the parent will be contacted immediately. If there is a serious health emergency, we have a list of doctors and nurses at each service and they, along with the parent, will be contacted. If there is an accident that involves no broken skin or no bleeding, we will provide the appropriate aid and TLC and the parent will not be contacted but will be made aware of the accident when you pick up your child.
