Are you looking for a unique, no-frills but charming place to stay while in New York City?

The Guest House off Park is on 35th Street between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue in the Murray Hill section of New York.

Within walking distance to Penn Station, Grand Central Station, the United Nations, Macy’s, Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building, the New York City Public Library , Times Square, Broadway Theater district, the Pierpont Morgan Museum, 5th Avenue shopping and much more! Close to subway and bus lines.

· 13 apartments of varying size, one at ground level and all others are accessible by stairs only.

· All apartments have private baths and some have kitchenettes with full size fridge and microwave with cooking utensils.

· We do not offer concierge service bellman service or 24 hour front desk, food snacks or luggage storage.

· Rates start at $149 per night plus all applicable taxes. Two night minimum stay.

· Check-in after 4:00 PM.
   Check-out: 10:00 AM.
