General Location:

The Community Church of New York is located at
40 East 35th Street between Park and Madison Avenues in mid-town Manhattan . Our Hall of Worship and the rest of the main building are accessible for the disabled at the west (Madison Avenue) end of the building where we have installed an elevator for all levels. We are two and one-half blocks from the Empire State Building and a short distance (about seven blocks) from Grand Central Terminal.

Public Transportation:
The nearest subway station is the #6 at 33rd Street and Park Avenue , two and one-half blocks south of our buildings. The B, D, F, and R at 34th Street and 6th Avenue at Herald Square are three and one-half blocks from us. The #7 from Queens stops at Grand Central Terminal where one can change to the #6 or walk. The 1, 2, and 3 also stop a few blocks away. After getting off, transfer to the M34 or M16 crosstown and get off at Park Ave.

Path Trains from NJ:

Path trains from New Jersey also arrive in Herald Square at 33rd Street
and 6th Avenue, just a few blocks away from us.

Parking Information:
On Sundays, on-street parking is generally available within a block or two of The Community Church. Weekday evening parking is not generally permitted until after 7:00 p.m.
