Functions of the Office
Communications
Facilitate communication between members of the NECC and between the NECC and the Diocesan movements. Respond to questions from cursillistas and refer problems to appropriate NECC members. Acknowledge gift subscriptions and contributions.
Cursillo Resources (Sales)
Maintain inventory of publications and products for sale. Receive orders and prepare orders for shipping.
4th Day Magazine
Produce the 4th Day Magazine, including technical layout, and coordination of printing and distribution. Maintain database of subscribers. Notify subscribers when renewals are due.
Purchasing
Purchase supplies for the ongoing work of the NECC and the NEC Office. Order materials for sales.
Record Keeping
Keep records of the on-going activities of the movement. Maintain NECC files. Provide appropriate reports. Coordinate with President and Treasurer.
