To register for an event, youth must provide completed copy of the Youth Event Registration and Permission Form

Adult leaders must provide completed copy of the Adult Leader Information Form for Youth Events

Some events and programs may require an additional application form.

Register by mailing the completed forms along with payment to:

Youth programs in the Episcopal Diocese of Southern of Southern Virginia are designed to offer a variety of opportunities for a diverse pool of youth. All programs seek to form disciples of Jesus through worship, fellowship, education, service and wellness.
