John Kenderdine
John Kenderdine has been on the pastoral staff since he was called by our church to be our next pastor in 2007. After graduating from Fairhaven Baptist College in 1989, he assisted at a church in inner-city, Philadelphia. Since then he planted the Victory Baptist Church in Siem Reap, Cambodia. He is involved extensively with the ministries and outreach of the church.

Steve Damron
Steve Damron has been on the pastoral staff since 1993 after graduating from Fairhaven Baptist College. He has a Master's Degree in Bible from Pensacola Chrisitan College. He is currently serving as our Youth Pastor and Business Manager. He and his wife Becky have four children.

Jeff Voegtlin 
Jeff Voegtlin grew up at Fairhaven Baptist Church. In 1993 he came on staff and is the Vice President of Fairhaven Baptist College and the young couples' Sunday school teacher. He currently holds a Master in Bible from Pensacola Christian College. He and his wife Annette are actively involved in their bus route and music ministry.

Don Whitecar
Don Whitecar came on staff in 1995 after graduating from Fairhaven Baptist College. He is the principal of our academy. He is also the captain of the Miller bus route. He and his wife Debbie have three children.

Dan Armacost
Dan Armacost has been on the pastoral staff since 1994 after graduating from Fairhaven Baptist College. He is involved extensively with the college and the LaPorte bus route. He and his wife Jennifer have four children.
