At Grace Community Church we:

• Encourage and assist you and your child with their spiritual development.
• Provide Sunday and mid-week programs to help your child grow in his or her faith.

 Children’s Programs

Sunday School (during 9:15 am Contemporary Service)
Children's Sunday School meets at 9:30 am after the children have been to the beginning of the 9:15 am worship service for the praise and worship and Children's Time with their families.  Classes are available for ages two through 5th grade.  Just bring your child into the sanctuary with you for worship, where they will be dismissed for Sunday School following our Children's Time.   You may pick your child up from his or her classroom at 10:30.

We have a wonderful group of loving and dedicated Sunday School teachers. We hope your child will enjoy learning about God, while making friends.

Kids LIFE (during 11:00 Traditional Service)
Come to Kids LIFE Sundays at 11:00am. Preschoolers check into Room 9 and Elementary in Room 11.  We have worship time in the Enrichment Center followed by a lesson and then divide back into two age groups for games before pick-up time at noon. Join us for the fun!  

Nursery Care
Nursery Care is provided for infants and toddlers during both the 9:15 and 11:00 am services by well-qualified and loving individuals.  We offer a short Bible lesson for the toddlers in the nursery during the 9:15 am service.

Faith Friends Choir
Our children's choir is offered to children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.  We meet each Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in the Music Room.  We perform our songs during worship services, usually each month and in special concerts.  Come join us for fun, games and music.

B.L.A.S.T.
(Believing, Living And Sharing Truth) meets on Wednesdays for Kindergarten through 5th grade from 6:30-7:45 pm in our Enrichment Center.  Join us for devotions, games and lots of fun.  We start with devotionals and pizza.  If your child will be eating pizza, please send $3. Then we have gym time where we have activities such as basketball, games or tumbling. Parents are asked to sign up to assist on a rotational basis.

Vacation Bible School
Each year Vacation Bible School week proves to be a great time of growing, learning and fun for everyone who participates.  From our participants ages 3 - 5th Grade to our teen helpers to the adult volunteers, all enjoy this time of growing closer to God and enriching our relationships with Him and each other.  Vacation Bible School is usually held the first full week after Palm Beach County schools get out.  In 2012, our Vacation Bible School program, "Sky"  will be held from June 11-15th. 

Family Movie Night
During the school year we have Family Movie Nights featuring a family-friendly movie and refreshments.  Watch the Sunday announcements and the calendar for more details.

Annual Kids Mission Trip
Every year children from 4th grades and up are invited to participate in our annual mission trip to Thornwell Home for Children in South Carolina.  This is often the child's first experience with mission work away from home and family and can be life changing, instilling the value of mission work at an early age.  This year the trip will be June 24 - 30, 2012.  Please contact Jane Sackler for more information.

Kids’ Movie Night/Parents’ Night Out
Occasionally we offer a movie night just for kids.  Movie Night consists of an appropriate movie, popcorn and drinks.  This gives parents a couple of hours out and security in knowing that the children are safe and having fun.  Watch the calendar for the next Kids' Movie Night.
