First Baptist will celebrate the Fifth Sunday after the Epiphany this week and will observe communion. Dr. Ray Howell III will deliver a meditation titled "What's For Dinner?" The scriptures are Psalm 122 and Mark 14: 22 - 26. Listen to the worship service on 1440 AM WLXN radio at 11 Sunday morning.

The cost of the meal is $5 for adults, $3 for children under 12 with a $17 family limit. Take-out meals cost $1 extra per plate. Reservation cards are available in Sunday school classes and the sanctuary for permanent and weekly reservations. Weekly reservations should be made by noon Monday and can also be done by sending an e-mail to Libby or calling the Information Line at 249-3224.
