HopeHealth is a nonprofit community health center serving Florence, Williamsburg and Clarendon Counties. With more than 30,000 patients, our programs and services include family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, chronic disease management, infectious diseases, diabetes and nutrition counseling, women’s health, chiropractic care, massage therapy, pain management and behavioral health services. All insurances are accepted including Medicare and Medicaid; further, there are programs in place for families without insurance that make health care affordable and accessible.
