The Music Ministry philosophy of First Baptist Athens is to best use our talents in ways that will offer praise to God. This philosophy is something that is taught and embraced by all of our choirs from the youngest to the oldest. Also, we try to provide an opportunity for all ages to participate through a variety of ways of making music. From children to adult choirs, to handbells, vocal soloist and instrumentalist, the musical talents at First Baptist are used to praise God in worship, through concerts, festivals, and musicals, in addition to special fellowships in and outside the church.
