Senior Activities

Adult Exercise
Activity open to anyone wanting to become more physically flexible, stressing different types of exercises at each meeting in the Fellowship Hall. On Mondays at 1 PM the program is stretching, bending, and floor exercises. On Wednesdays at 1 PM the program is low-impact aerobics. Both groups advocate doing only those exercises with which each participant feels comfortable.

Seniors Without Partners                                                                                           Luncheons for special occasions are prepared at the church for this group.

Friday Club
Luncheons and short out-of-town trips are scheduled throughout the year at the group's convenience. Usually we meet once a month.
