Pacesetter Members – this category was developed for those companies who can and should be significant contributors to the costs of a quality economic development program for Florence County and who recognize the direct benefits of an expanding economy. Pacesetters are member companies who commit a minimum of $2,500 per year. This membership is also available at the Bronze ($5,000), Silver ($10,000), Gold ($15,000) and Platinum ($25,000) levels.

General Members – this category was established for those companies who, due to business constraints or other considerations, simply cannot contribute at the Pacesetter level. General membership dues are $500 per year for firms with less than 10 employee equivalents and a minimum of $1,000 per year for firms with 10 employee equivalents or more.

Out-of-Town Corporate Members – this membership is designed for companies located outside of Florence County and the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina who support the area’s economic development efforts and who do business in the area. Membership in this category is set at a minimum of $2,500.  Typical out-of-town corporate members include engineering, construction, and industrial real estate firms headquartered outside the region. These companies will be included in Progress events, have the same benefits of Pacesetter membership, but are not eligible to vote.

Retired Members – this category, consisting of a $300 commitment, is reserved for those individuals who have retired from full-time employment, but wish to stay involved in Progress' efforts.

Non-Profit Members- this membership category was added in 2005 in order to enable many of our educational, religious and non-profit service organizations to be involved in Progress.  The commitment consists of $250 per year.

To become a member of this exciting venture in Florence County, please print and complete the application (click the link below). Please indicate your preferred level of membership. If joining at the Pacesetter level, indicate whether you would like to be billed annually, semi-annually or quarterly. If joining as a General Member, Out-of-Town Corporate or Retired Member, please remit your dues with this form.
