Reverend Horne is a highly experienced interim pastor. He has served in thirteen interim positions as Head of Staff and feels God's call to use his gifts and skills as a pastor in this area of ministry. 

Beth feels that God has led her to serve at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights in order to best use her “desire to partner with a church dedicated to nurturing discipleship through lifelong learning and active ministry. Her ministry includes all areas of education. 

Rev. Barbara W. Gorsky, MDiv, MPH, is our interim associate pastor. Her areas of focus will include pastoral care and mission, among other duties. 

Dr. Thompson served as Senior Pastor and Head of Staff from 1985 to his retirement in 1996. 

Rev. Dianne Shields served as associate pastor at First Presbyterian Church from 1991 to 2011.
