There are several organized ways to become involved with and to get to know women of our church.

Presbyterian Women
This denomination-wide group of church women is focused on service, study, and caring community. 

Kindred Spirits
A spiritual growth group for women of all ages and stages of their spiritual journeys. Nurture your spirit with reading, music, quiet reflection, small group discussion, and prayer. For more information, contact Nancy Williams via dianneshields@fpcah.org or 847-255-5900. 

Women’s Ministries
Comprised of women at every age and stage of life, the Women’s Ministries team plans opportunities for women to meet other women with similar needs and interests, feel part of a larger Christian community, and grow spiritually stronger and closer to God. We host a variety of special events to enrich women’s lives such as Renew U, Women’s Day of Renewal, Mother-Daughter Brunch, Sesquicentennial Sisterhood Supper, canoe trips, women’s retreats, and more!
