Robin is a native of Belmont and Director of Christian Education at First Presbyterian. Robin is a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, NC where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with a concentration in piano. Along with the piano Robin is trained in the organ and clarinet.

Prior to her position here at First Presbyterian Church, Robin worked at Belmont Central Elementary here in Belmont more than 9 years. She has also served as pianist, organist and director of various children’s choirs in several of the area churches through the years.

For the past 7 years, Robin has coached many of our children on our area’s swim team and has worked with parents throughout the community to build a program that promotes a competitive spirit through a Christian perspective.

Here at First Presbyterian Robin works with infants through senior adults in the various programs we offer.

Robin and her husband Darrell reside in Belmont with their daughters Meredith and Courtney.
