Job Opening for a Mission Assistant

Holy Apostles Catholic Parish is seeking a Mission Assistant.  Excellent interpersonal skills and office management are required.  This position provides administrative support for the Charity & Justice / Service Program at Holy Apostles in general and to the Mission Director for Service in particular.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the 17 Charity and Justice ministries, including assisting in communications, ministry coordination/training and event/activity implementation.
  • Provide logistical support for the parish wide Service Program.
  • Work as a partner with the Charity and Justice Ministry leaders.
  • Act as a liaison between parishioners/parish partners and the Charity & Justice Program.

Plans are well underway for VBS July 17-21. Many volunteers are needed to make this week of faith a success. Please consider sharing your time to make this a memorable VBS for the children of our parishes. Help is needed before, during and after this event.

Camp Vista Registration is Open!


Holy Apostles Vista Family Ministry is in the planning stages for Camp Vista 2017 which will be held 

Wednesday July 26th - Sunday July 30th with 3 full days of program & recreation on the beautiful Vista grounds in Campbellsport, WI.  

This is a family-oriented camp entirely organized and run by Vista members.   Our ministry spans the generation spectrum which makes it one of the most unique ministries here at Holy Apostles.

Remember the Rummage! 

Drop-off times for donations to the Holy Apostles Festival Rummage Sale will soon be here! This year’s hours include evening and weekend hours for your convenience, including drop-offs after all Masses during the weekend before the Festival.

•  Thursday, June 15th, 4:00p to 9:00p
•  Saturday, June 17th, 9:00a to 6:00p
•  Sunday, June 18th, 8:00a to 1:00p
•  Monday, June 19th, 4:00p to 9:00p

Please bring your new or gently used items to the Holy Apostles school gym. We welcome books and other media, toys and games, accessories, office supplies, craft supplies, kitchen items and housewares, sports and recreation equipment, candles and other decorative items, linens, tools, holiday decorations, furniture, and more. (Sorry, but we can’t accept clothing, adding machines, analog TVs, or computer equipment.)

Help Provide a Meal

We're dedicated to providing meals to the Hebron House supported programs serving the homeless men in Waukesha County. 

Our parish is providing meals eight times a month on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  These meals need to feed 16 to 18 adult men.  Volunteers prepare a meal at home, deliver the meal around 6 pm and greet the men that are there.
