What do you look for in a close friend? – Loyality would be key. Someone who understands the principle of “I’ve got your back”; especially on a spiritual level.
What’s something new that you’ve learned about the Bible lately, that has surprised you? – I am always blessed by God’s grace and surprised that he continues to offer it so freely.
What’s one goal you have for the next year? – I want to be more fit; physically and spiritually.
Your most memorable experience? –Falling in love with my wife and the birth of my two kids.
Why did you first come to Hanfield? – I was a last minute add-on to a list used for a phone evangelism project in 1991. I took advantage of the personal invitation.
Why did you stay? – We had been visiting churches after moving back to Indiana and found it to be the friendliest. The Holy Spirit was so present.
What was your greatest childhood ambition? – To be involved in “ministry”, but I did not know what that was until I came to the Lord in my late teens.
Your biggest indulgence? Mexican food
