Worship - "Worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only." Matthew 4:10.
The worship of God is the ultimate priority in life. The daily worship of God should be a passion and pleasure as evidenced through word, deed, and life-style. Through prayers, devotions, service, glad obedience to God's Word, and corporate gatherings we worship Him.
Fellowship - "They devoted themselves to the fellowship." Acts 2:42.
The Church is the body and bride of Christ. We pledge to build not to hurt or tear down the church especially, but not limited to, gossiping, murmuring or complaining. Through small group ministry we provide care, train leaders, and build biblical community, thus strengthening the fellowship.
Discipleship - "Go, and make disciples of all people." Matthew 28:19, 20.
It is God's desire that all people be saved, I Timothy 2:3. Christ has commissioned us to preach the Gospel and make disciples of all peoples. We are committed to the task of training leaders for Kingdom work, II Timothy 2:2. As disciples, we take responsibility for spiritual growth of self and others.
Stewardship - "It is required in stewards that one be found faithful." I Corinthians 4:2
We are stewards of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are devoted to furthering His Kingdom by being good managers of our time, talents, treasure, and trials. Historically, tithes, offerings, and gifts have been the means of financially supporting God's work. Our commitment is to give prayerfully, generously, and cheerfully, II Corinthians 9:7.
Membership - "We are members of God's household." Ephesians 2:19
By evangelism and missions people become members of God's household. In the New Testament we see evidence of an identifiable church membership. We are committed to the importance of being a member of the body of Christ and the local church. Through church membership we submit to spiritual authority and partner to carry out Kingdom work.
