A few days ago several of our IBSA staff ventured over to one of the Baptist camps in Ohio to meet with staff from the Baptist Convention of Pennsylvania-South Jersey (BCPSJ). This year IBSA begins a three year partnership with our sister state convention to the east, and so we “met in the middle” to share a day of planning strategies for strengthening and starting churches in our surprisingly similar state mission fields.
