The family has 9 children, 5 biological and this past summer was awarded guardianship of 4 more. Their family literally doubled in size overnight!

 MapQuest Youth Ministries

Psalm 119:105 “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”

 MapQuest Youth Ministries is a lifestyle ministry where parents and children are continually equipped to journey in faith together.

MapQuest Youth Ministries’ Mission:

As every youth lives as a disciple of Christ, they:

Know the Triune God;

Own their faith;

Remain connected to Christ and the Body.

Objective for OnRamp:

To teach the children in PreK - 5^th grade to know God.

This is the age where children have their faith formed. We encourage parents to be the primary faith givers to their children as the church body encourages and equips them in this task. We provide supplemental faith experiences through Worship, learning, serving and fun events. We encourage parents to pray with and for their children, and to read the Bible with them so that children grown in their understanding of who God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are.

Objective for Merge:

That  6th to 8th grade youth would be given the guidance and an environment to grow as they own their faith. Our hope is that by this age, youth will know who God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are, and what Jesus has done for them on the cross. We offer weekly opportunities for youth to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to receive Him as their Lord and Savior. Our encouragement throughout this time is for youth to begin to own their faith, articulate their faith story, and to demonstrate their daily walk with Him through service, regular study and worship.

Objective for Route 15:

That 9th - 12th grade youth would be active in an environment that exudes Christ and healthy relationships so they are empowered to remain connected to Christ and others. That the church would provide relevant worship experiences and messages to encourage youth to participate in worship. Through open dialogue with encouraging Christian men and women, high school youth will be equipped for the rigors of life after high school and the impact it will have on their faith.
