If you’d like to cultivate rich friendships, this Bible study, called The Friends God Sends: God’s Word on Chick-Chat, is the one for you!

Today, so many women have “friendship famine” and have not experienced the joy of a God-knit friendship. In this study, you will learn how to experience the type of friendships that God wants to enrich your life. Each night stands alone, so if you have to miss a night, it’s okay! Each Tuesday night, you will be fed with a meal and God’s word. No homework is involved so that you can spend time with your girlfriends in the “add-ons” that we are planning. Invite a friend to join you in this exciting summertime study.

June 17 – God-Knit Friendships
June 24 – Who’s on Your Boat?
July 1 – A Friend of God

The total cost of $50 includes a book and 5 meals. ($15 for book and $7 for each meal). Limited childcare will be available @$5 per child, age 0-12 years (Please feed your children first)

These are opportunities for you & your friends, old & new, to get together & have some “additional” fun! Sign up & enjoy yourself! There is something for everyone.

CRAFT NIGHTS:  $25.00 for each craft. Meets at La Casa, 7pm.
 June 18: Christmas Tree Countdown. Paint & create a special holiday keepsake.
 July 9:  Decorate a plate from As You Wish, & we’ll have it fired for you. Limited #’s.

GAME NIGHTS:  $5.00 for snacks. Meets at La Casa, 7pm.
 July 8 & June 13.  Be ready to play board games & laugh a lot!

SHOPPING TRIP: The $ you spend depends on you! Shop at Arizona Mills & lunch at  the Rainforest Café.
 August 2: Meet in church parking lot at 9 am, or meet at Chico’s at 10:00am. Stay as long as you like.

MOVIE NIGHT:  Lights-Camera-Action! Enjoy a good movie & great discussion with friends!
 June 5: (1:00pm) “Prince Caspian” (the 2nd in the Narnia series) Meet at Harkins (Scottsdale & the 101).
 July 15:(7:00pm) “The Ultimate Gift” Meets at La Casa.  $5.00 for snacks.

BEAD IT:  $25.00 for each. Create custom items and dazzle your friends. Meet at church.
 June 21:(12-2pm)  Decorate 3 painted “spheres” with sequins & beads. A lovely centerpiece.
 July 22:(7-9pm) Swarovski pearl & Swarovski crystal necklace(20”) with sterling silver chain/clasp.

HIKING:  Hike Pinnacle Peak at your own pace. Enjoy breakfast at ‘First Watch’ afterwards.  
 June 21 & July 12: (7am) Meet in church parking lot outside the church office. Join us for breakfast  even if you  don’t hike! 9:30am at ‘First Watch’ in the Promenade. 

CASSEROLES-2-GO:  Make casseroles for families in need; delivery the same day. 
 June 12 & July 10: (9am-12pm) Meet in the Fellowship Hall Kitchen.
