Assists Children’s Ministry and organizes Children’s Church in the summertime.

Amanda Yu -  Director of Vacation Bible School

Coordinates the efforts of over 400 volunteers for the two-week summer program.  Over 1000 children, ages 4 through 6^th grade, experience this Christ-centered experience.

Kristin Cross – Director of Nursery Ministry

Provides the staff and maintains the facilities that minister to the care of our very youngest members (age infant to three-year olds).

Directs the Brass Ensemble and Concert Band. Assistant organist/pianist/conductor and also helps out in the media ministry. David is also a music teacher in the Paradise Valley public schools.

Plans and leads the 10:30AM blended service and is responsible for special music events held at other times outside of Sunday mornings. Directs the Celebration Choir, SoulJourn (in partnership with William), and Worship Team.

Jamie Lee Schultz - Handbells and Chimes

Leads Carillon de Cristo (adult experienced handbell choir), Youth Bells (for 7th grade through high school) and handchime (4th, 5th & 6th graders) choir. Conducts workshops for beginners and to upgrade skills for those involved in the program. Forms special handbell groups or ensembles as needed.

Pat Mersiowski - Grace Notes Director

Pat leads our youngest children’s choir, the Grace Notes.

Heidi Derbak - Children’s Music

Heidi assists with the choir and accompanies their singing at practice and worship.

Paul Manly's responsibilities include DVD production of worship and special events, operation of all live cameras, and running the media presentations at Sunday worship.

JUDY BOURASSA - Office & Personnel Manager

Helps coordinate communications between program and support staffs. Keeps the personnel manual updated and assists Pastor Garman in the area of Administration. She usually can be found on Sundays in the Narthex covering what needs to be done in support of Sunday morning activities. Also responsible for the Library, and special projects, that don't fall into someone else's area.

LOUISE AUTHEMENT - Bookkeeper

Keeps the church financial books (not individual giving records), pays bills; does payroll. If you ever become involved in an activity where you need to be reimbursed for something, Louise will write your check.

They job share, with each working different weekdays, answering phones; helping with "walk-in traffic. Also help secretaries as needed with collating, mailings, etc.

Prepares Baptismal certificates and sponsor letters, Senior High and Junior High monthly calendars, and other mailings. Assembles Confirmation worksheets and tests. Creates slides for all worship services and the 10:30 bulletin. General office work as needed.

PATSY SABA - Contributions/Data Entry

Organizes and works with the group which counts offerings. Issues new offering envelopes and mails individual giving records periodically and for tax purposes at the end of the year.

NANCY BUTTERS - Administrative Assistant

Assists Pastor Peters with small groups, lectures and seminars, and a variety of office tasks. She also oversees the Confirmation Prayer Sponsors, Missionary Support, New Member Assimilation, and the Small Group/Adult Education Resource Library. As a volunteer she is the co-chair of the Altar Guild and directs the Baptismal Napkins committee.
