Tina became the Executive Director in December of 2018, upon the retirement of Lisa Morris. Terry Tolliver has served as Vice President of the Metro Ministries board for four years and has been a foodie his whole life. Whether it is taking a one hour detour from Atlanta to Senoia Georgia to try Zac Brown’s restaurant or picking connecting airports based upon the restaurants that can be found there, he knows where to eat! Read More

Diane Gattone enjoys working in urban settings, finding ways for people to use their gifts and relate with one another in their neighborhoods and communities, and enjoying the gift of life together. Read More

Rev. Dr. Aleze M. Fulbright is an ordained elder in The United Methodist Church who is a person of conviction in living a personal mission to encourage, equip, and empower all people to live on purpose and live out their God-giveness. Read More

Anthony Swinger, Central District Lay Leader, has served on the Metro Ministries board for 7 years. He serves the organization because "Metro Ministries provides a crucial bridge between resources and ministries, and does it very well." Read More

Minister Lydia L. Davis began her service on Metro Ministries Inc.’s Board of Directors in January 2019. Minister Lydia serves at Barnes United Methodist Church, Indianapolis, Indiana serving under the leadership of Sr. Pastor, Rev. Dr. Charles R. Harrison. Read More

Sherrae Davis has been on the board for 1 year, as well as a member of University UMC. In general she is interested in nonprofit work because she believes that we have a responsibility to give back, at no cost to those whom we help, and to do what we can to both lift people and to provide them the tools to lift themselves. Read More

Jack Haefling serves with Metro because it is an opportunity to collaborate with the community and change lives. He is called to nonprofit work thanks to its rewarding nature, as well as for its opportunities to teach and mentor others in leadership. In his free time, he likes to ride horses, travel and meet people, and study musicology. Read More

Dana Hershey, a native of Illinois, has lived in Indiana for 38 years, moving to Avon in 2017. Her husband Brian is a retired Boy Scout professional. Their son, Alex, is pastor of The Branches Community Church in Plainfield, and their daughter, Katy Beringer, is a stay-at- home-mom, recently returned from serving in the mission field in Cambodia. Read More

Eric Kersey is a retired elder in the UMC who spent most of his years in ministry serving bi-vocationally in small member congregations in southern Indiana and currently serves in retirement at St. Andrew UMC on the near south side of Indianapolis. Read More

Theresa Phillips is a genuinely happy person and wakes up every day counting her blessings and praising the Lord God for all that He has done in her life.
