10-11 Course Schedule

Application Process

*   All students must complete an Annual Application prior to attending the first class of the new term.

*   The school term is September – May. The annual application is only needed once each term.

*   An Application MUST be completed even if you enter the school in the middle of a school term or if you are just taking one course over the length of the school term.

Course Enrollment

*   Prior to attending class, complete the Enrollment Form and return it to the school office along with the tuition fee.  

*   You may enroll for one class at a time or for as many as you wish on one Enrollment Form. 

*   There are two options for Enrollment; WITH OR WITHOUT the cost of a textbook included in the enrollment, just check the box for the option you prefer. Enrollment details are outlined on the form.

*   Only one class can be taken each month.  Enrollment deadline is the 1st of each month.  After the first of the month, a $15 late fee will be accessed and no enrollments will be accepted after the 5th of the month.

*   Students will not be admitted to class without enrolling prior to class.  If a special situation arises, please contact the school office prior to attending class at 919.965.0225 ext. 232 or cmoffice@ncag.org.

Study Guides  

 *   Study Guides are emailed after a completed Enrollment Form is received. If the enrollment includes more than one class, all of the Study Guides will be released at one time.

*   Make two copies prior to attending class. The instructor will keep one copy for grading and the second is for the student's records. Graded Study Guides are not returned to students.

*   Please do not use binders or covers.

Textbooks

*   If a textbook is not included in the course enrollment, it is the student's responsibility to obtain textbooks in a timely manner allowing enough time for 10 hours of preparatory work prior to each course.

*   Textbook prices offered with enrollment are very competitive.

*   All textbooks are offered on a first-come first-serve basis.
