NCD-SOM not only exists to provide training for those who sense a call to ministry but to equip lay persons interested in effective ministry within the local church. A Biblical Certificate track is one method of training and beginning this fall a Lay Workers track will be offered. The Lay Workers track will not only offer instruction but it will also include a Practicum for hands-on experience and mentoring by the local pastor. •  New innovative techniques and resources for all ministries

•  For anyone wanting to enlarge their ministry skills by gaining knowledge

How to?
•  Attend a series of four required courses
•  Choose three elective courses focuses on specific ministries
•  Participate in a four month Practicum
