What We Believe .....
ABOUT GOD
There is one God, who is Creator and Ruler of all things, infinitely perfect and existing eternally in three persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Isaiah 43:10-13, Deuteronomy 4:39, Genesis 1:1,26,27, Job 38:1-39:30, 2 Chronicles 20:6, Isaiah 45:5-7, Psalm 90:2, Matthew 28:19, 1 Peter 1:2, 2 Corinthians 13:14
ABOUT JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is the only Son of God, fully God and fully man, existing eternally with the Father and Holy Spirit. He became man through the power of the Holy Spirit and was born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life of perfect obedience to God. He died on the cross in our place as a sacrifice for our sins. He rose bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven, where He now intercedes on behalf of all believers. At a time known only to the Father, Christ will return bodily to gather and glorify all who have believed in Him, to judge the living and the dead, and to establish His rule over all creation.

ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is eternally God and coequal with the Father and the Son. His primary role is to glorify Jesus. He convicts people of their sin. He indwells every believer at the moment of conversion, giving spiritual life and guaranteeing salvation. He instructs and empowers the believer for godly living, evangelism, service, and prayer.

ABOUT THE BIBLE
The 66 books of the Bible are God's unique verbal revelation to humanity of Himself-His will, purposes, plans, and activities. God moved the authors of scripture in such a way that, as originally written, the Bible is complete, wholly truthful, and sufficient in the knowledge it gives. The Bible is God's final and ultimate authority for Christian belief and practice.

ABOUT HUMANITY
God created man and woman in His image, without sin and living in communion with Him. Man and woman disobeyed God, however, and thereby brought upon themselves God's condemnation, alienation from God, and physical death. Since that time, all people have been born sinful in nature, doomed to sin in practice, separated from God, and incapable of remedying their own situation.

ABOUT SALVATION
In perfect obedience to the Father, Jesus Christ died on a cross and suffered the penalty for our sins. By His death and resurrection, Jesus exchanged His innocence for our guilt and thereby reconciled us to God, freeing us from bondage to our sinful nature and making us alive to God. We receive God's free gift of salvation, then turn from our sin and trust that Jesus Christ is the Son of God acknowledging that His death and resurrection are the only means to deliver us from judgment.

ABOUT ETERNAL SECURITY
Because salvation is completely the work of God-who is unchanging-and because no power is greater than God, believers can and should live with the assurance that their salvation is secure for eternity.
John 10:27-29, 1 Peter 1:3-5, Romans 8:38-39, John 6:37-40
ABOUT THE CHURCH
The Church is called to glorify God and to advance His kingdom by proclaiming God's truth in word and deed and by leading believers to maturity of faith and Christ-like character. The Church has Jesus Christ as its Head and all who have believed in Christ for their salvation as its members. God has gifted every member of the Church uniquely for the purpose of serving Him through the ministry of the local church.
Matthew 16:16-18, Acts 2:41-47, Ephesians 1:22-23, Hebrews 10:24-25, Ephesians 4:15-16, Ephesians 4:22-24, 1 Peter 2:9, 1 Corinthians 12:4-12, Ephesians 4:4-7,11-13
ABOUT CHURCH ORDINANCES
In obedience to Christ's commands, the church observes water baptism of the believer by immersion and regular celebration of the Lord's Supper. Although these ordinances do not impart salvation, they are of genuine meaning and blessing to the believer.
Matthew 28:19, Acts 8:36-38, Romans 6:3-5, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26, Luke 22:19-20
ABOUT ETERNITY
At the end of time, God will gather together both the living and the dead for final judgment. Every unbeliever will be sentenced to eternal punishment, apart from God, in hell, and every believer will be granted eternal life with God in heaven.
Romans 8:11, John 5:28-29, 1 Corinthians 15:20-23, John 6:39-40, Acts 17:31, 2 Corinthians 5:10, 2 Peter 3:7, Revelation 20:11-15, Revelation 21:1-4, Revelation 22:3-5
