Our Children's Ministries

Beginning with our Nursery, Pike Creek Bible Church offers a comprehensive and integrated approach to children’s Christian Education.

Nursery

 Our Nursery is a well-equipped, secure place where your child is loved and enriched through the thoughtful interaction of caring adults. It is designed for children who are infants to 15 months in age.

Preschool Department

We also provide age appropriate Biblical instruction in our Preschool Department. In a clean, comfortable classroom your preschooler will be introduced to important Bible truths through Bible stories, singing, crafts, prayer and guided play. Our Preschool is designed for children ages 15 months to pre-kindergarten.

Elementary Department

After Preschool, Pike Creek kids advance to our Elementary Department. Designed for children from Kindergarten to 6th Grade, our Elementary Department strives to teach our children the Word of God through age appropriate curriculum that has a fully integrated scope and sequence. Lessons, crafts, games and even outdoor activities are all designed to not only teach children God’s Word but create in them a thirst to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The teachers and staff of this ministry are mature Christian adults who understand that their lives teach godliness as much as their lessons.

Junior Church

During our corporate worship service, our Children’s Ministry is pleased to offer parents the opportunity to have their younger children attend Junior Church. Serving children from Kindergarten to 2nd Grade, Junior Church is designed to teach these youngsters the importance of individual and corporate worship. Our goal is for them to be able to one day join their parents, in not only participating in corporate worship but appreciating the role worship plays in the life of every believer.

AWANA Club

Each Sunday evening, our AWANA Club meets from 5:30 - 7:30pm. AWANA is an exciting, action packed, Bible-centered children’s ministry for kids ages 3 through 6th Grade. Its goal is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. Engaging adventure stories, AWANA circle games and handbook time are all favorites of AWANA Club members. It’s the fastest 2 hours in the church!
