Each year Salem partners with local churches to build a Habitat for Humanity home for a St. Louis family. The Habitat home is build in the summer and early fall. We need approximately 100 volunteers to help during the Blitz Build (preparation work), Wednesday Crew (weekly crew), and Saturday Crews.

A variety of tasks are available for volunteers ranging from putting up trusses, doing landscaping, painting, putting on siding, building a porch, and much more. All types of volunteers are need skilled, semi-skilled, or those willing to learn.

Salem is once again teaming with area United Methodist congregations to build a home in the St. Louis area.  Work will begin on our 17th Habitat for Humanity home in late August or early September.  To sign up or for more information please contact the church office.
