Walking is a great exercise and conveniently available in a safe environment at Saxe Gotha. For the walker who likes temperature control or wants to stay dry on a rainy day, it is 16 1/2 laps per mile around the gym.

If you enjoy and prefer strolling in the great outdoors, it is three laps per mile around the church parking lot of the Total Life Center (behind the gym) to the front side of the church (sanctuary side). You can walk the entire property at two laps per mile by going from the front of the church all the way around the rear of the youth center. Get a partner or group together and start walking on a regular basis. This is a great time to exercise, meditate and have prayer with God.
