FLU SHOTS – Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm in Room 155.

Tri-County Home Health Care & Services will be administering the Flu Shots.

If you are covered under Medicare Part B, they will file directly for reimbursement.

You will need to show your Medicare card.  Cost without Medicare is $25.00 Cash or check only.

Adults 18 years old and older.  No appointment necessary.
