The Tower:
The eighteen-story, 270 view-suite building includes a library, lounges, social hall, and a coin operated laundry facility. Organized voluntary activities include a weekly chapel service in the social hall. Apartments are available on a monthly rental basis which includes the use of all recreational facilities and all utilities except telephone and (optional) television cable service.

Individual Apartment Features:
Each apartment contains a complete kitchen (including refrigerator, range, and cabinets with Formica-topped work space,) wall-to-wall carpeting, draperies, heat (circulating hot water system), shower-tub with a safety bar, and emergency signal pull switches to both the office and the Tower administrator’s apartment. Apartments are available in studio, one bedroom and two bedroom designs.

Residence Eligibility:
Applicants and residents must be at least 62 years of age, (except for married couples, where one may be younger.) Residents must be ambulatory and capable of independent living. Residents’ annual income must be below $40,250 for a single person or $46,000 for a married couple.

Because of the attractive location and reasonable rates, there is a waiting list for residency. Interested persons should plan and make application well ahead of anticipated need.
