The purpose of Sharon Presbyterian Weekday School is to convey God’s love, as it is revealed to us through Jesus Christ, to young children by providing an environment which encourages their developmental growth: physically, mentally, spiritually, socially and emotionally. This is accomplished through a program of Christian nurture which is implemented by a staff who views all people — children, youth and adults — as being created by God and recipients of God’s love. Preschool children are enabled to reach their full potential when they are offered opportunities through which they are able to experience being understood and loved.

The program format of the Weekday School provides such opportunities. The staff encourages each child’s developmental process by modeling Christian principles while creating a multitude of learning experiences.

For more information, please contact Weekday School Director, Beth L. Merchant.
