Announcement Request
Use the form below to place announcements on the web and announcement sheet. The Deadline for Announcements is 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday before publication. We may choose not to print some announcements based on space limitations. We ask your forgiveness and understanding.
The following table describes the Announcement Request fields:

First and Last dates published to the web or Printed Sheet. If not provided we will guess.
- Web start date can usually be the several days before print start date which is always on a Sunday. Important if an event occurs on a Sunday.
- Web Stop date is the day web publication stops, (i.e. the day after an event) whereas Print Stop date is the last Sunday printed.

- Please keep announcements short.
- We do not post personal phone numbers, email addresses or real addresses on the public web site. On the web we replace these references with the linked words "or the parish office”. If someone wants more info they can call the parish office.
- Include specific dates such as “Sunday, January 6th” rather than words like “Today”. We may change a date to "Today" in print announcements, when appropriate.
