After your event is approved on the church calendar, please use our electronic “News We Can Use” form to place announcements in the printed weekly church bulletin, Saint Michael’s Matters our emailed Saint Michael’s e-Matters, our St. Michael’s Facebook page and on the St. Michael’s Events Channel on our website.  Submission deadline is 9:00 AM, Wednesdays.  We will choose when to start and stop publication; we may choose not to publish based on space or other considerations.

Required fields are marked with "*". 

We do not post personal addresses or phone numbers on our electronic publications.

The Special Instructions allow you to request specific instructions about how you wish your announcement is to published.  The Special Instructions are not part of your announcement and are not published.

Please "fan" our Facebook page.  We no longer allow our fans to post text, pictures, videos, etc.  but please send content to mail@saint-michaels.org.

Please provide the information below.  The fields marked with the red ‘*’ are required.  Announcements must be submitted to the office by 3:00 PM on Tuesday to be included in the weekend publications.  Please be advised that the church may decide to withhold publication of any announcement based on space and other criteria.

For your protection personal email numbers and phone numbers are not published on the web or e-Saint Michael's Matters.
