MISSIONS

South Elm Street has always been a sending and giving church. We support many evangelistic ministries in the United States and around the world. We are also active in sending and financially supporting individuals on short-term mission projects through our South Elm Street Memorial Missions Scholarship Fund. Other missions groups such as the Carol Belch Missionary Circle have worked to support missions at home and even over seas. This group of ladies has worked to support numerous endeavors by showing Christ’s Love in practical ways.

We also have a Missions Conference every year that concludes with our church members promising to give of their resources to help many evangelistic endeavors.

South Elm Street Baptist Church is a cooperating member of the Southern Baptist Convention. We are also affiliated with the Baptist State Convention of NC and the Piedmont Baptist Association.
