St. Eugene Parish exists as a community of believers offering pastoral service to its members. the primary organization established to meet that goal is the Parish Council, which in conjunction with the pastor, formulates and moves to execution all major policies that relate to the parish as a whole. The Council is supported by the efforts of six standing committees. Any parishioner or group of parishioners who seek Parish Council attention to a particular matter has the right to petition the agenda committee of the Council to place that concern on the Parish Council agenda.
