Saint Eugene
This statue of Pope St. Eugene I, the patron of our parish, can be seen at the western enterance to our church.
This 10-foot high statue was designed by Anthony Moroder Sr. and hand carved from California redwood by Moroder International Statuary and Altar, Inc.
The statue was a gift to the parish from the 1958 Fun Fair.

| Crucifix
This six foot Corpus on the cross was carved in Ortisei, Italy from linden wood by Victor Moroder
This crucifix was origionally placed behind the altar in the church's original layout. When the church was redesigned in 1993, it was decided to leave the crucifix in this position and it is now in front of the organ pipes on the eastern wall of the church.

The Risen Christ
This beautifully carved "Risen Christ" was also carved in Ortisei, Italy by Herbert Moroder, son of Victor. This statue normally resides on the wall of the sanctuary. It is however, generally removed during Advent and Lent.
You will notice that although all the statuary in St. Eugene's was carved in Italy, it is of a style more reminiscent of that found in Southern Germany and Austia. This will be understood by the knowledge that Ortisei also goes by the name St. Ulrich from the time when the town was part of Austria. German is the spoken language of this area.

| Mary, Mother of God
Also carved by Herbert Moroder in Ortisei, Italy, this statue of Mary can be found to the left of the sanctuary.
