Our mission is to provide respite for Ukrainian children suffering form the effects of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. In so doing, we aim to bring hope and health to the children and families of Belarus while fostering a community of spiritual growth and acceptance within the family of our own ministry home.
Each summer, we are in need of host families that would be willing to take a child into their home... and into their lives. In addition to this, we are always in need of interested parishioners willing to help us the planning of these delegations. To be involved in either capacity, please contact Denise Huska (see below).
Upcoming Activities and Events:
Our annual 'Coffee and Biscotti Sale' (December 1 & 2, 2007) was a HUGE success! Thanks to everyone that contributed their time, talent, and treasure in support of this event and this ministry!
