  • All children must be self-toileting.
  • Copies of report cards or reports from previous schools (including preschool or extended care or daycare providers.)
  • Letters of recommendation (from former teachers, priests or pastors, daycare) are optional.
  • Each child and family may be interviewed to determine their match to the stated mission of the school.
  • Discounts will be available to families with more than one student enrolled at St. Mary’s. Before- and after-school care and enrichment classes may be offered at an additional fee.
  • A deposit consisting of one month’s tuition plus the annual non-refundable registration fee must accompany registration applications for new students. Returning students whose families are in good financial standing may pay only the registration deposit. Should a child not qualify for admission, the tuition will be fully refunded prior to the opening of school.
  • Students who start school after the beginning of the academic year will have tuition adjusted accordingly. Any entry after the fifteenth of a month will be billed for one half of the month’s tuition.
  • No tuition adjustments are made for illness or days missed for family vacations or planned events. In case of serious extended illness, the board will consider tuition adjustment.
  • No tuition adjustments are made for early departures (prior to the end of the school day), partial day attendance, or full days missed, whether at the request of either parent or administration. (Such as in the case of discipline consequences.)
  • No part-time students will be accepted until all full-time positions are not filled. If a class is not filled by the opening of school, part-time students may be accepted and will be given first option for attending full time, should a new full-time student desire to attend.
  • Returning students will be given priority for available spots until March 1. Returning families may confirm their reservation with a nonrefundable deposit.
  • Should a satisfactory payment arrangement not be reached, the school reserves the right to collect tuition and other charges by whatever means become necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, referring the account to a collection agency.
  • Student transcripts will be withheld until all charges due on outstanding accounts are paid in full.
  • A waiting list will be established for families who are requesting entry after the maximum student number has been reached. A family may add their name to the list for a fee of $200, 50 percent of which will be refunded if the school cannot place the student. Students will remain on the list until the family requests removal. Students who are withdrawing from school during the year are expected to give a 30-calendar-day notice, without which a full month of tuition shall be payable to the school. Prepaid tuition will not be refunded after March 1.
  • The first tuition payment for all students needs to be paid by the first of July.
