News and Announcements

One Faith, One People, Our Future

Due to the recent passing of a fellow Bishop, regretfully, Bishop Burbidge had to cancel our previously scheduled reception on Wednesday, May 8th at 7pm to attend an out of town funeral.  At the present there are no plans to re-schedule pending the Bishop’s schedule.

Thanks to your commitment, more than $3MM has been pledged!  This all inclusive campaign has three components - the 2012/2013 Bishop’s Annual Appeal, the Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral for our Diocese and a new Parish Activity Center for our own campus. Don’t forget to turn in your pledge envelopes to the parish office or in the offertory basket at Mass. Read more about the campaign at: www.stmpac.org

Transcending Divorce

Transcending Divorce is a support group for anyone who is going through or is already divorced, and in need of guidance on where to go next. This program is designed to help you heal and find hope again while dispelling common misconceptions associated with divorce. Through the 12-week program, participants can mourn the loss of a relationship while learning to navigate the uncertain roads that lie ahead. The group will meet Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. beginning April 9, 2013. Anyone interested in registering or learning more can contact Judy Klimchek at jlkcares@yahoo.com, or Deacon Mark Westrick at mwestrick@stmichaelcary.org. Online Giving Now Available!

Our parish now uses an Online Giving system called WeShare. This will allow you to make your donations without writing a check each week. You can set up a recurring weekly or monthly payment, allocate different amounts for our different collections, and view complete, accurate financial records at any time. It saves all of us time and is a win-win for our parish!

Those who wish to continue to use traditional methods of offering may do so, however, we ask that you prayerfully consider Online Giving. If you would like to enroll, please visit www.stmichaelcary.weshareonline.org OR Click the Donate Now button. If you have any questions about the program or about setting up your account, don't hesitate to call our parish office at 468-6128 or 468-6132.

Automated Offering

Many people enjoy the modern convenience, safety and reliability of making automatic deposits or transactions through the automated banking system.  Now you can make weekly or monthly stewardship contributions through the St. Michael Automated Offering Plan.  Simply complete this form and we will do the rest.  It’s safe, easy and absolutely free.
