Description of our Ministries

1. Worship / Congregation: the leading heart of the church that proclaims God’s Word to the world in worship and in congregational life programs and events.  It includes the former Worship and Congregation ministries and the new Evangelism component.

2. CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: the learning ministry of the church that focuses on preparing and equipping the congregation and community to grow spiritually as Disciples of Christ.  It includes the former Education ministry and the new Doctrine and Theology ministry.

3. STEWARDSHIP: the loving ministry that focuses on the care of God’s riches.  It manages our outreach, mission and the whole of financial gifts given for the work of the Church.  It includes the former Stewardship ministry, part of the former Administration ministry, and the Outreach work of the current Deacon structure.

4. COMMUNITY: the living ministry that focuses on the administration and operations of our particular church. It includes the former Building and Grounds ministry, and part of the former Administration ministry.
