CHARITABLE LEAD TRUST
This is a Trust established to provide a stream of income to Trinity-by-the-Cove for a period of time and then either returning the principal to you or to your heirs with an eliminated or reduced estate tax. This is especially attractive when interest rates are low and is a way to transfer estates tax free to heirs.
