He has been in youth ministry since 1992 , and is licensed and ordained through the Southern Baptist Convention.  He has served in various areas of ministry (camps, retreats, sporting events, outreach, missions, churches) and has worked with several ministries including, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Believers on Mountain Bikes, Campus Crusade for Christ, Youth for Christ, AM radio talk show host, North American Mission Board and National Network of Youth Ministries.
