Bell choirs typically rehearse in Room 130, Building M unless otherwise indicated. Our Handbell ministry begins fall rehearsals every year in late August or early September. We have five very active handbell ensembles, for all ages and abilities. Sanctuary Bell Choir – This choir is made up of youth and adults who have some experience in ringing. They play every 2-3 months at the 11:15am service and prepare a Christmas Concert. Rehearsals are Wednesdays 6:15-7:45pm in the Bell Room in Bldg. M (childcare is provided).
Chamber Bell Ensemble – this unique choir is made up 4 players who are very seasoned ringers and ring 4-8 bells each. They play every 2-3 times months in worship as well as out in the community. Rehearsal times TBA for 2011-2012, but will be held in Room in Bldg M.
Carillon Bells – for grades 10th-12th. This choir performs every 3-4 months in worship and rehearses on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm in the Bell Room in Bldg M.
JV Ringers – for grades 6th-12th. This choir performs every 3-4 months in worship and rehearses on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:15pm in the Bell Room in Bldg M.
Holy Handbell Choir – for grades 3rd-5th. This choir performs every 3-4 months in worship and rehearses on Wednesdays from 5:15-6:00pm in the Bell Room in Bldg M.
